Steps to Starting CHSP
1.
Contact My Aged Care.
Get in touch with My Aged Care to register and arrange an assessment to understand your needs and what support you may be eligible for.
2.
Have your Assessment.
An assessor will talk with you about how you’re managing at home, what’s important to you and the areas where you may need some extra support.
3.
Receive your approval.
If you're approved for CHSP services, you'll receive information about the support you can access.
4.
Choose your provider.
Once you’ve been approved for CHSP, you can choose a provider like BCR Communities to deliver and co-ordinate your care.
