The BCR Communities Wellness Program has been designed especially for seniors and includes activities that not only improve physical fitness and strength but also increase general well-being. Regular participation in activities that aim to improve balance, coordination, strength and mobility will lower the risk of falls and help you to stay happy and healthy in your own home for longer. The groups are small, fun and social and run by qualified professionals who have extensive experience working with seniors.
New participants are always welcome to our social support groups.

I feel fit for my age but the classes make you do those exercises that you know you should be doing as you age but you don’t get around to doing yourself at home."
